Providing Individual, Couples and Family Therapy.
My services are provided within a hybrid, private practice. In-Person and Online Virtually. Therapy Online is offered through an encrypted therapy platform. I also, have a professional Zoom account with security built within it. My In-Person Therapy's location is in the Jenks, Bixby, Glenpool, Sapulpa, South Tulsa area here in Oklahoma.
I provide individual, couples and family counseling and therapy. My work includes children, teens and adults. I see children beginning at the age of 5 in an in-person setting. I see children starting at age 9 in a virtual on line setting. I will discuss with parents what might be the best format for their child. At times I see parents and children together, using filial, parent / child therapy. Or I see the whole family if there are issues that involve all the members of the family. As well, I do parent consultation.
And I love my work with individuals as to their total well being. I see individuals who are are wanting to lower anxiety and stress and depressive symptoms. I have a lot of experience with working with individuals who have experienced grief. loss and trauma.
I am also, a Clinical EFT Certified Practitioner. EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques. Some call it "tapping". This is a mind - body modality that has over 100 clinical research studies to prove it's efficacy. I am happy to send you detailed information or chat with you by phone about these very effective techniques. I offer this in connection with my therapy sessions or in a separate kind of EFT only session. If I am doing within therapy sessions, I can only offer this to those who live in OK. If I am offering this as EFT only, I can offer this anywhere in the USA.
