My services are provided within a private practice and currently are all delivered via an online, encrypted platform. I also have a professional Zoom account with security built within it. My goal for in the future to go to having a hybrid practice in which I offer both virtual and in-person services. (See the tab in the menu - Online Video Counseling)
I provide individual, couples and family counseling and therapy. My work includes children, teens and adults. I see children beginning at the age of five or six depending on the child. Young elementary children are many times seen with parents in a filial play therapy setup, with parents setting up play therapy materials per the direction of myself to provide a developmentally appropriate setting. I also have a play therapy room that I use on my end as we work together.
I am also a Clinical EFT Certified Practitioner. EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques. Some call it "tapping". This is a mind - body modality that has over 100 clinical research studies to prove it's efficacy.
